Holiday Customer Service Hours
We have a highly trained sales and support staff who are knowledgeable about our products and willing and able to help you make an informed buying decision, and even assist you after the sale. We're experienced, knowledgeable and, perhaps uncharacteristically in this day and age, available to serve you person-to-person. And, during the holiday season, we have extended our service hours to include Sunday and additional time on Saturday.

Holiday Shipping Promotions
Free Shipping on Orders Totaling €75 or More
To qualify for free standard per-order shipping and per-item shipping, your order must total at least €75 including VAT. This offer is not valid on orders in process or previous purchases. Offer does not apply to expedited shipping charges.
Product Packaging
NOTE: Many of our products may be shipped in boxes that reveal their contents. Please keep this in mind when making your shipping arrangements.
Holiday Return Policy
During the holiday we extend our satisfaction of guarantee return period. Orders purchased as holiday gifts may be returned until January 31st (received back by Orion by this date). The person receiving an Orion gift will have time to ensure it's just what they want.
* Holiday cut-off dates are not guaranteed if shipments are delayed due to payment issues, including orders where the billing address information does not match the information on file with your credit card issuer or orders where the shipping address is different than the billing address and the difference cannot be verified with the cardholder. Weather conditions may prevent delivery within stated shipping timeframes.
