Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges on your order will be calculated as follows:

Dispatch Policy:
The majority of our orders are shipped via economy service from the Netherlands. In-stock items will arrive 5-7 business days after receipt of your order. Very large, multi-box, telescopes may arrive through freight service on a pallet for curbside delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversize items.

We ship orders to Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom through these websites:

When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock products placed before 5:00 pm UTC Monday through Sunday typically ship the next business day (excluding New Year's Day, Easter Monday, King's Day, Ascension, Pentecost Monday, and Christmas). Orders are dispatched from Orion's distrubtion center located in the Netherlands. When an item is not in stock we ship it as soon as it is available.

If I order two or more items and one is out of stock, will you wait and ship the entire order together when all items are available, or do you ship the in-stock items first and the back-ordered item later?
Usually, the in-stock items will ship first, and any backordered items will follow as soon as they are available. You have an option during check out to hold your order and ship complete, if you'd prefer.

Can I track my order during shipment? If so, how?
Yes, we e-mail the carrier's tracking number when your order ships (if you provide your e-mail address).

When will I receive my order?
See the approximate transit time for economy and expedited shipping to your country in the chart above.

If an item is on backorder, the expected shipping date is indicated on the product page. This date relates to new orders.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that this happens, please send us an email at orders-eu@telescope.com. We'll arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at no charge to you) and see that you get the correct item promptly.

I only received part of my order today. Where's the rest of it?
Your order may have shipped in more than one box. Please allow several days for all the merchandise to arrive in case the boxes were separated along the way. If an item was out of stock and has been backordered, this will be indicated on the shipping invoice.

My address has, is or will be changed. Can I just give you my new address?
Send e-mail to orders-eu@telescope.com. Be sure to give us your name, old address, the new address, and the effective date for the change.
