Bring your telescope to new heights - literally - with this handy Pier Extension for the Orion Sirius Pro AZ/EQ-G GoTo Mount.

Once installed, this sturdy extension raises the Sirius Pro mount head 6.3" (16 cm) for more comfortable viewing. The added height provided by the extension is especially convenient for users of refractor and Cassegrain telescopes, since their focusers and eyepiece holders are positioned at the rear of the telescope tube. With the Orion Pier Extension for Sirius Pro Mount installed, you won't have to bend in awkward positions while observing the night sky.

The 2 lb., 4.1 oz. (1.02 kg) Pier Extension is made of machined metal with a black powder coat finish. The entire extension including attachment housings measures 7-1/4" (18.4cm) long with a 3-5/8" (9.2cm) diameter to provide 6.3" (16cm) of additional height once installed. Installing the extension between the pier and mount head is easy; additional hardware included.
